• Automation data: the screenshots you upload from your own devices for AI processing, the natural-language task instructions you provide, and the execution logs and results generated during a task.
• Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We receive transaction confirmations and store your credit balance and billing history, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device identifiers (User-Agent), timestamps, and sign-in/activity event logs used for security auditing.
• Communications: information you provide when you contact us by email or support channels.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running automation tasks and generating AI decisions;
• To process payments and manage credit balances and billing;
• To secure accounts and the platform, and to prevent fraud and abuse;
• To send transactional emails (such as verification, receipts, and task notifications);
• To analyze and improve the features, performance, and experience of the Service;
• To comply with applicable law and our legal obligations.

3. Screenshots and AI Processing

The core of the Service generates the next automation action based on screenshots you upload. Your automation code and data remain in your own environment; only screenshots are uploaded to the server for decision-making.

To generate a decision, screenshots and related task context are transmitted to third-party AI model providers for inference. This data is used solely to produce automation results for you and is not used for unrelated purposes. Please avoid including sensitive information you do not wish to upload in the screens you automate.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only the information necessary with the following categories of service providers (processors):

• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers (to run the platform and store data);
• Payment processors (PayPal, to complete transactions);
• Authentication providers (only if you choose to sign in with Google or GitHub);
• AI / machine-learning model providers (to process screenshots and generate decisions);
• Email delivery providers (to send transactional emails);
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics, to measure site traffic and usage);
• Authorities or relevant parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect legitimate interests.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and we retain billing and compliance records for the periods required by law. You may request account deletion, after which we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except for records we are legally required to keep.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and key management. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers

Our Service and processors may be located in countries or regions outside your own. Where data is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information;

9. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

We use browser local storage to save your language preference and sign-in session credentials in order to maintain core functionality.

On qirabot.com we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site (for example, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address and a randomized identifier on our behalf; we do not use this data to personally identify you. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by using your browser's privacy controls.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
