1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be of the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

The Service helps you drive automation tasks using natural language across Android, iOS, the Chrome browser, and desktop clients, powered by multimodal AI decision-making and visual localization. The Service may evolve, change, or discontinue certain features at any time.

4. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Credits, Billing, and Payment

• The Service uses a pay-as-you-go credit model with no mandatory monthly subscription; credits are purchased through PayPal.
• Credits are deducted in real time based on the actual consumption of each execution step (LLM token cost and vision localization calls); failed steps are not charged.
• Newly registered users may receive one-time bonus credits, which may be subject to usage conditions.
• Prices and rates may change; changes do not affect the validity of credits you have already purchased.
• Except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated by us in writing, purchased credits are generally non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree that:

• You have obtained lawful authorization to access and automate any systems, applications, websites, or accounts that you automate;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of service of any third-party platforms you automate;
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purpose;
• You will not use the Service to compromise system security, circumvent security mechanisms, distribute malware, or perform unauthorized data scraping;
• You are solely responsible for the automation scripts you write and their consequences.

7. Your Data and Content

You retain your rights to the data and content you provide. To provide the Service, you grant us a limited license, as necessary to operate the Service, to process, transmit, and store such data. Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service platform and its related software, trademarks, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Our Python SDK is licensed separately under the open-source license that accompanies it, and those license terms control for the SDK.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (such as PayPal for payments and Google / GitHub for sign-in). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated decisions and results may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for evaluating their suitability and assume the risk of use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you breach these Terms. You may also stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
